Air kinetics began operations in year 2012 by experienced technocrats with rich proficiency within the vicinity of Systems for conveying materials via pneumatic methods and bulk material storage silos . The partners have about 20 significant time spent in the field in above field in international, Arena. Initially air kinetics started featuring a simple strength of about 7 personnel. Air kinetics designs and engineers all their parts and assemblies in house. Over time air kinetics has developed manufacturing facilities of independently at their dombivli works. Earlier, The bulk of the components were outsourced but presently about 90% of the components are produced in house, Whereby the delivery periods are greatly reduced. Across the domain of silos air kinetics can manufacture silos in the capacity ranging from 5 m3 to 500 m3 in carbon steel together with stainless steel. Recently air kinetics has started manufacturing silos in aluminum alloy al mg 3 . This became achievable largely because of expertise the partners had in aluminum welding. Air kinetics has a strength of about 10 aluminum welders, A select number of them were trained by the partners in germany. Air kinetics has also committed large recourses for r&d. Air kinetics is having a test loop possessing a potential to evaluate the boundaries of the unknown materials with a transport rate of up to 3t/hours. This facility contains fair amount of instrumentation.
