Product Description
Uhv valves are utilized in high temperature high vacuum furnace /oven/dryer/for measuring temperature inside. Vacuum sealing is through viton/silicone bush and works well for bare thermo couple wire / k type thermo well upto 3mm dia. These feedthroughs is applicable for upto 3 bar pressure and vacuum upto 10, 7 mbar vacuum. 25 to 30 nos thermocouples can be fitted in iso flanges. The end flange can be kf16 to kf 50 and iso 63mm to iso 160 flange.
