The equipment is having following major salient features, This machine is built on gmp directives & robust construction. Every component that comes into contact with the machine crafted from ss 316 material. Main motor comes with center gear box system which minimizes damage from regular usages as well as sound intensity member of the device. Main motor is provided of standard make bharat bijalee / crompton greaves. Main motor drive/ turret speed is regulated by ac Dynamic frequency inverter. Special high-quality cast iron functions as turret. Electro less nickel plating is offered on turret to improve life & prevent rusting of turret. All upper guard is manufactured from acrylic sheet and self locking arrangement for fitting of upper guard. Lower guard is constructed from ss 304 material. Roller bearing with needle elements is provided on bottom side of turret which helps free running of the turret. Single phase preventer is provided to prevent reverse direction running pertaining to the device pre, Compression arrangement the machine is supplied alongside pre, Compression arrangement as a standard features. That improve the compression capability of the machine should there be low density powder & reduce the capping problemin the tablets. Penetration of the upper punch the machine is provided with upper punch penetration as a standard features. Which allows tablet compression in the complete length of die? it also facilitates easy ejection of tablets in case of difficult granules.
